Work Environment\n

This full-time role allows you to work remotely while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to mental health care. Our regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing mental health challenges and fostering resilience among our clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans that align with best practices.

• Provide support and crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and effective assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist in the state of Virginia.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, along with expertise in evidence-based treatment methods and cultural competency.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive approaches that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, remaining composed during challenging situations to support clients appropriately.
