This remote position offers a flexible work setting where you will engage with clients via telehealth platforms. Our operational hours typically span Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours depending on client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns, accurately diagnosing co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans addressing their specific mental health and substance use needs utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at developing vital coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team—which includes psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nurses—to deliver integrated and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Monitor clients' substance use through regular assessments and apply motivational interviewing techniques to encourage engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Educate clients and their families about the connection between mental health and substance use disorders, promoting awareness of treatment compliance and support systems.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment interventions and client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
