Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' clinical needs and develop personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans.

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for managing daily challenges.

• Educate clients regarding available community resources and advocate for their needs to ensure they receive the appropriate support.

• Implement and monitor individual service plans, ensuring consistency and quality of care.

• Provide psychoeducation on mental health issues, promoting awareness and understanding among clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with telehealth best practices and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve helping these individuals to improve their functioning and quality of life by fostering skills that enhance their social, emotional, and practical competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
\n
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, supported by a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
\n
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and computer literacy.
\n
• Stable internet connection to securely conduct remote sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing direct clinical services, especially in a telehealth capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and adapt therapeutic techniques accordingly.

• Prior experience in developing and facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus.

• Knowledge of community resources and networks for mental health services.
