Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through telehealth platforms to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and social circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that effectively address each client’s specific needs, considering factors like substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Engage clients in regular therapeutic sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and provide tools and techniques to facilitate coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. You will address common concerns such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapy techniques and knowledge of mental health disorders.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and the ability to apply them within a culturally responsive framework.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
