Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, to create personalized treatment plans that directly address each client's unique challenges.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Document and track client progress accurately and timely within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Mentor and support graduate interns or less experienced staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices in mental health interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive salary within the range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, which is reflective of your caseload and experience.
