Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify stressors, personal challenges, and goals, customizing mindfulness practices for individual needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to foster stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques.

• Integrate mindfulness methods during individual therapy sessions to specifically address the mental health concerns of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
