Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, using evidence-based methodologies and tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals and needs.

• Utilize an array of counseling techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies, while staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in mental health care.

• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions that encourage clients to discuss their challenges, feelings, and progress in a safe and non-judgmental setting.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and perform all duties with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when additional services or referrals are needed to support client recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
