Work Environment\n

As a member of our remote team, you will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals in a flexible setting that allows for a positive work-life balance. Your standard work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This remote structure enables you to contribute from the comfort of your chosen workspace while also offering the opportunity for engaging virtual team collaborations and meetings aimed at continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Crafting and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support clients in achieving their personal therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, while utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care, and participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and precise.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development activities to remain current with best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily comprises individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including those experiencing concurrent mental health conditions. You will play a critical role in providing targeted support, including trauma-informed care, crisis intervention strategies, and emotional crisis management. Your ability to create therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy and understanding will be vital to fostering healing and resilience among our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independently licensed LMHC in the state of Florida is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction therapy or working with trauma survivors is preferred, as you will be addressing complex cases involving both substance misuse and mental health challenges.
