This position operates within a fully remote setting that encourages flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for an ideal work arrangement that can accommodate both professional responsibilities and personal commitments. As we prioritize the wellbeing of both our clients and staff, there is no on-call work required, ensuring a structured and manageable workload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video consultations with clients, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

• Facilitate open discussions, encouraging clients to express emotions and share experiences, thus promoting self-awareness and understanding.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in articulating their personal goals while providing guidance and support as needed.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, implementing tailored treatment plans that apply evidence-based techniques and your clinical expertise.

You will be serving a diverse population of adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues, primarily those who are stable and exhibit low-acuity conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth systems, ensuring effective and secure communication with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
