Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, enabling the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is the minimum requirement; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
