Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients and create tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients build resilience and coping strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance withHIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings that foster clinical excellence and ongoing learning.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatments, and local resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field, integrating research findings into your practice for enhanced client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients vary in age, background, and needs, ensuring that no two days will be the same. Your approach will actively support clients in navigating their unique journeys towards a healthier mental state.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• In-depth expertise in solution-focused therapeutic techniques, enabling the delivery of personalized treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and enhance patient care.

• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment, valuing the perspectives and skills of colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing direct mental health services in a clinical setting, showcasing your commitment to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
