Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), or other relevant approaches to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance in challenging situations.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n
