Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and formulate clinical diagnoses, utilizing standardized tools and observational methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on established therapeutic modalities while continuously evaluating client progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to align with the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and emergency support during acute mental health situations, using de-escalation techniques and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety.

• Maintain meticulous client records that comply with ethical and legal standards, including all relevant documentation such as treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring client needs are fully addressed.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for client rights and needs in the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending trainings, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest best practices and methodologies in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse population with varying mental health needs. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Required licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our organization.
