Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during the initial patient intake process to identify needs and establish short-term and long-term goals for recovery.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Hold individual counseling sessions to provide ongoing support and therapeutic guidance based on the unique experiences of each client.

• Lead group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from peers.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary substance use disorder treatment modalities and recovery approaches.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.
