Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs, strengths, and challenges, followed by developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, adjustments to treatment plans, and documentation of therapeutic progress.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions, addressing their mental health needs directly.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to comply with ethical standards, including client notes and treatment updates.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops and pursuing certifications in relevant areas of mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
