Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote working arrangement, which allows for flexibility while maintaining access to our outpatient office for necessary face-to-face interactions and team collaboration. We operate on a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although some flexibility may be required to accommodate the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health evaluations, carefully assessing patients’ trauma histories to inform treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs centered around trauma healing, resilience building, and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure seamless integrated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and assistance.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or psychologist in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
