Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maximizing your engagement with clients effectively. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and customize treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that facilitate trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support clients effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster a sense of empowerment in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
