Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' mental health needs using structured interviews and standardized tools to gather relevant information about their conditions.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique concerns and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your approach.

• Facilitate counseling and therapy sessions, deploying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies tailored to each client.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress through follow-up assessments and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and a coordinated approach to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Peace Clinical Services offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
