Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home or any location in the United States. Our virtual program supports a balanced work-life approach while ensuring that clinicians have the resources needed to deliver effective telehealth services. This includes a full-time Admissions and Assessment team that handles logistical details so that clinicians can devote their time and energy to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, and family therapy as needed, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with telehealth regulations and organizational standards.

• Facilitate ongoing case discussions with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, ensuring that they feel supported and engaged in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and supervision meetings to foster continual growth in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily work with adolescents and young adults struggling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. The model allows for a maximum of eight clients in group settings, facilitating meaningful connections and in-depth therapeutic work. Our clinicians play a vital role in guiding clients toward sustainable healing while empowering them to navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Hold an independent clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) for experienced clinicians or be in the process of acquiring licensure for junior-licensed professionals.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether the position is contract or full-time W2.

• Strong understanding of telehealth practices and commitment to providing compassionate care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, contingent on experience and qualifications. Clinicians have access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain their licensure and expand their professional expertise.
