Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial clinical assessments using established tools to determine client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting therapeutic techniques as necessary to meet their evolving goals.

• Utilize an easy-to-navigate digital portal for maintaining accurate and comprehensive client documentation and progress notes.

• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing clinical supervision and support, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, with a focus on evidence-based practices for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the immediate safety and mental health of clients.
\n
• Collaborate with other health professionals and community organizations to coordinate resources and referrals for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults who are navigating various mental health issues. Many clients seek support for anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
