Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the unique histories and needs of patients, ensuring that treatment plans align with best practices in trauma therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced trauma and related conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families, creating a safe space for them to heal and thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrable knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, and resilience-oriented practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor when working with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications used in mental health settings.
