Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a solid foundation for therapeutic engagement.

• Provide individualized therapy and effective family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's needs.

• Complete thorough documentation, including treatment plans, insurance authorizations, and billing, within required time frames to ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that support ongoing patient stability and recovery.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that outline the necessary steps for successful transitions and continued support for patients.
\n
• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and agency policies to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engage in regular training and continuing education to enhance your knowledge and maintain licensure, ensuring your practice is informed by the latest research.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and innovations that drive clinical excellence.

• Complete all mandatory training and stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets the educational requirements for licensure.

• You must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse clients.

• Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is advantageous, as this role utilizes remote services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
