Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Implement tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date documentation process using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and treatment interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create holistic care plans for clients.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients, equipping them with tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay current on best practices and new research in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and families facing various mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Must hold active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or equivalent, allowing you to practice in California.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and effectively addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
