Work Environment\n

This position facilitates a remote work setting, allowing for convenience and flexibility while still ensuring excellent client engagement through innovative telehealth technology. Your work will typically adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be essential based on patient availability and care demands. You will have access to electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain comprehensive documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate client histories and identify tailored treatment paths.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Deliver ongoing individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, build effective coping strategies, and facilitate emotional healing.

• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing your expertise to guide clients through their immediate distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources to cultivate a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities, as well as an ability to apply resilience-building strategies effectively.

• Experience in providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, non-judgmental approach.

For this rewarding position, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
