Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Impireum, you will play an instrumental role in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.

• Deliver clinical services through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in their own environments.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

• Collaborate with clients to impart essential skills such as coping, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Educate clients about relevant community resources and advocate for their access to additional supportive services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults who may struggle with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Many of our clients have experienced challenges related to community integration and independence due to their mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate these obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against the license.
\n
• The ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining client confidentiality.
