Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions with individual adult clients, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize various digital tools to administer standardized symptom self-assessments and progress measures that help in evaluating treatment efficacy and adjusting therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Engage in effective collaboration with a diverse team of mental health providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans and strategies for client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards while using electronic record-keeping systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, seek peer support, and share insights that enhance collective treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
