Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment strategies that promote recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Providing therapeutic interventions rooted in practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of post-licensure experience, candidates with additional hands-on experience in trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be highly regarded.
