Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure patients receive holistic and integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A proven track record of clinical practice and mastery in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental perspective.

Compensation and Benefits\n
