Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. We ensure our therapists have access to the necessary tools and resources to connect seamlessly with patients from the comfort of their home or office. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the immediate safety and security of our clients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources, further empowering them in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Peace and Purpose Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
