Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Active license in your field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) allowing for independent practice and unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing clinical psychotherapy, ideally with a focus on adults.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing various mental health disorders, and developing effective treatment plans.

• Excellent written communication skills for accurate documentation and reporting.

• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Active licensure compliant with the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Prior experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other research-supported therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
