Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that detail therapeutic goals and actionable steps.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote emotional healing and personal growth.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may have accessibility challenges or prefer remote sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
