Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population seeking support for a range of psychological issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and relational challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will be expected to provide culturally competent and responsive care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate, and build a rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely response to client needs and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent on your caseload and experience level. In addition to financial compensation, we offer:
