Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, affording the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities with personal life. However, our mental health therapists will also engage in periodic in-office sessions to meet with clients or collaborate with team members. The organization operates from Monday to Friday, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while offering opportunities for flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through the healing process and equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and recovery techniques, fostering a greater understanding and support system for their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring comprehensive patient records are kept up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
