The role is based in our outpatient office setting, although flexible remote work options are available to accommodate both patient and therapist needs. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to address the specific requirements of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year.
