Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in mental health settings, preferably with trauma populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize and support clients through difficult experiences.
