Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. By focusing on a community health model, you will address the unique mental health needs of our Lakewood population, fostering a deeper connection and understanding with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create rapport with clients and foster trust.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental disposition essential for client interactions.

• Effective organizational and time management skills to maintain a balanced caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
