Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout their mental health journey.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, offering immediate support and stability during challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma around mental health issues, and engaging with the local community to encourage seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license in one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
