Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and professional development. Our clinic operates under a hybrid model, facilitating seamless communication and teamwork through telehealth platforms and regular virtual meetings. We prioritize a balanced work-life integration, with the understanding that flexibility is essential to delivering exceptional patient care. Our standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individualized and group sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and understanding of mental health issues among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients in immediate need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health topics, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with practices and innovations in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will support patients from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment where all clients feel valued and understood. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
