Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each technique aligns with the client’s specific challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring professional standards are consistently met.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, fostering a quality-driven approach to comprehensive client care.

• Engage in routine case consultations and peer reviews, contributing knowledge and receiving feedback to elevate therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
