Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client's unique mental health needs, enabling you to develop tailored, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, delivering these services to individuals, groups, and families.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to create a seamless network of support for clients, ensuring they receive holistic care that addresses both their psychological and emotional well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating your expertise in handling acute mental health emergencies, and delivering compassionate support to clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs, helping to spread mental health awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health challenges in your area.

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active mental health license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Successful completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.

• Cultural competence and the ability to effectively engage with individuals from a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, particularly in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
