Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with us, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual needs of clients, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their advancement toward these objectives.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that quality mental health support is available to all.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and facilitate effective communication within our practice.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of new methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and more. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their challenges by providing individualized support that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To ensure we provide the highest quality care, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
