Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding client concerns, gaining insights to develop tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities customized to address each client’s specific needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing alignment with clients’ evolving goals and needs.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with fellow mental health professionals, offering integrated support for clients navigating complex issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring the safety and emotional stability of clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and stress management. You will help clients develop coping strategies, cultivate resilience, and promote personal growth through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Grow Psychotherapy Center, you will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
