This position operates fully remotely, allowing for flexible scheduling within a structured framework. Our telehealth facility enables you to provide the highest quality care to clients from the comfort of their own homes. The position requires a work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting an optimal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions to clients, incorporating techniques such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to support stress management and emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' needs, identifying unique stressors, challenges, and wellness goals to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to enhance their self-awareness and mitigate anxiety.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, creating a supportive communal learning environment.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, adjusting approaches in response to clients’ specific mental health concerns and personal growth objectives.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals, integrating mindfulness practices with a multi-disciplinary treatment approach for holistic client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and adjustments to care plans, adhering to compliance regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds who seek support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health counseling principles and practices.
\n
• Proficiency in integrating mindfulness approaches into therapeutic interventions and treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to foster a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, ideally with a focus on mindfulness-based therapy or stress reduction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
