Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that effectively address their unique issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring each client receives personalized care during their journey towards recovery and self-fulfillment.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring documentation reflects accurate clinical notes and treatment progress.

• Actively collaborate with our multidisciplinary staff on the development of treatment goals and discharge plans, integrating feedback and insights from various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in distress, while employing evidence-based approaches to manage emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Engage and consult with clients' families and support systems to educate them on treatment processes, enhancing the overall support network for the individual.

Qualifications\n
