This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own space. Our innovative telehealth platform enables you to conduct assessments and therapy sessions efficiently, ensuring continuity of care in a patient-friendly manner. You will be supported by a dynamic team of mental health professionals who share your passion for helping others while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The work schedule primarily runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological conditions and needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual diagnoses and personal histories.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges and promoting personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing severe mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping in line with legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Oregon.

• Two years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical mental health setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
