Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Manage administrative tasks including billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring completion within designated timelines.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at promoting sustained mental health stability.

• Create effective discharge plans that outline follow-up care and community resources to support continued wellness after therapy.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies related to mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Join case consultations and team meetings to collaboratively strategize and improve patient outcomes.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain professional standing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
