Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zenea Care Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to triage care effectively, ensuring clients receive appropriate services based on their specific situations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to develop interdisciplinary care plans, documenting your assessments and treatment strategies clearly and promptly.

• Exhibit the necessary knowledge and skills to address physical, psychological, and social needs of clients across all age demographics.

• Engage in case management, coordinating with hospital and community resources to support the most effective and holistic care for assigned patients.

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments, helping clients achieve their personalized therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Oregon is required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions each week, accommodating various client needs.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
