Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of suicide risk with clinical precision, accompanied by meticulous documentation.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide urgent mental health support, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy, even in challenging and unpredictable environments.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with healthcare professionals and support staff to accurately diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Clinical Documentation: Write detailed clinical reports, develop individualized treatment plans, and engage in consultations on complex cases, adhering to ethical standards and legal reporting requirements.

• Care Team Communication: Make recommendations to care teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration between patients and all disciplines involved in their care.

• Individualized Treatment: Develop treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines for various diagnoses; provide therapeutic counseling and educational support tailored to each client’s needs.

• Emergency Support: Offer on-call crisis services and emergency consultations as needed, ensuring clients have access to immediate help during workdays.

• Mental Health Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including reviews of clients’ criminal and substance use histories to inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with mothers and individuals from marginalized communities who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
