This position operates in a fully remote environment, enabling therapists to engage with clients through telehealth platforms from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique mental health needs and triaging care accordingly.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans using graduate-level clinical counseling interventions, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Engaging in continuous communication with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and provide updates on clients' progress through documentation and virtual meetings.

• Ensuring that all documentation related to patient assessments, interventions, and outcome tracking is completed ethically, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Managing a caseload of clients, collaborating with community professionals and program resources to provide a holistic and comprehensive support system.

• Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on outpatient clients who may be dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) in New York.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A commitment to providing 10 to 40 hours per week dedicated to therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additionally, we offer:
