Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time, remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from home or any location of your choice. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you a consistent schedule that allows for work-life balance. Communication with colleagues and participation in team meetings will be facilitated via digital platforms to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ needs and establish baselines for treatment.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via secure online platforms, utilizing techniques tailored to individual clients or couples’ concerns.

• Document session notes and treatment progress within 24 hours to ensure accurate records and facilitate ongoing treatment options.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and incorporate evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage in regular peer case consultations to foster professional development and share insights into effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
